The Lumark ankle support is a compact, anatomically shaped cooling sleeve for the ankle and ankle joint area. It combines targeted cold therapy with individually adjustable compression via a manual hand pump - without electricity or external devices. The cooling gel packs are cooled, inserted into the support and the pressure is adjusted using a hand pump.
Yes - the Lumark ankle support is designed as a one-size-fits-all product and is suitable for most ankle sizes thanks to the adjustable straps and adjustable compression. For very narrow or particularly wide ankles, we recommend contacting our sales department in advance.
Once the cold packs have been completely cooled (at least 2 hours in the refrigerator), the cold lasts for approx. 20 minutes - a medically recommended application cycle. After a 10-minute break, the packs can be cooled again and the next cycle can be started.
The bandage can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or mild detergent. Do not wash in the washing machine or tumble dry. Clean cool packs separately. Allow to dry completely before the next use.
Bandage and cool packs are designed for unlimited repeated use. Cool down the cool packs after each application - that's it. The system is designed for daily, long-term use, whether at the sports club or in aftercare at home.
The ankle support (item no. MD00803 / 18804) comes with 2 cooling gel packs designed to fit the support. Leak-proof, non-toxic and perfectly shaped for the ankle area. It is recommended to use only the original Lumark cooling packs for the ankle support.

Not suitable for open wounds or suspected bone fractures - in these cases, seek medical help immediately.
