Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Return of the goods
You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal.
The customer shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods,
- which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
- if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to sealed medical devices.
