AGB – General Terms and Conditions
Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online store of

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
By sending the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by e-mail.
Prices and shipping
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
Shipping is free of charge within Austria, unless otherwise stated in the order process.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated for the respective product.
Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the store (e.g. credit card, Klarna, Stripe, bank transfer).
The means of payment will be debited immediately after the order has been completed.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Return and revocation
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving reasons.
The period begins on the day of delivery of the goods.
In this case, the goods must be returnedwithin 14 days.
Hygiene regulations for medical devices
Our products are medical devices, some of which are provided with a hygiene seal for reasons of health and hygiene protection.
Returns are only possible if:
- the product is unused
- the original packaging is undamaged
- the hygiene seal has not been opened or damaged
If the hygiene seal has been removed or damaged, the product cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions under Austrian law shall apply.
Liability
The liability of Allomed Medizintechnik GmbH is – as far as legally permissible – limited to intent and gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for damage caused by improper use of the products.
Applicable law
Austrian law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is – as far as legally permissible – the competent court in Austria.
