Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h5>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day<\/strong> on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.<\/p>\n

Consequences of revocation<\/strong><\/h5>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments immediately and at the latest within 14 days<\/strong> of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.<\/p>\n


Return of the goods<\/strong><\/h5>\n

You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after declaring your withdrawal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The customer shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.<\/p>\n


Exclusion of the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods,<\/p>\n

  • which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
  • if the seal has been removed after delivery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This applies in particular to sealed medical devices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
